Senior Shop Manager / E-Commerce

Job description

  • Monitoring and analysis of sales KPIs e.g. growth, revenue, profit margin and retention
  • Acting as people manager for the local team members and coordinating the tasks
  • Optimization of online shops to drive sales and profitability
  • Support in development of local pricing strategy
  • Ongoing monitoring and analysis of trends and competition on the Polish pet market
  • Evaluation of online sales promotions and other direct marketing activities
  • Monitoring key metrics in online marketing channels
  • Close cooperation with other international zooplus offices

Requirements

  • Native Polish, English working proficiency
  • Strength in analyzing business relevant KPIs and practical Excel knowledge
  • Ability to interpret data, metrics, trends and draw conclusions
  • General sales & marketing knowledge with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • People management skills related to e.g. recruiting, personal development, performance feedback
  • Very good communications skills and a positive attitude at daily work
  • A strong quality consciousness, clear results focus and implementation skills
  • Experience in e-commerce and online marketing would be an advantage
