Project Manager (Master Data Management)

Job description

In this role, you will support the Head of Master Data Management to drive an ongoing key software implementation project (Riversand software). Our vision is to have effectively managed and highly automated master data at high quality, which builds the backbone for our commerce market strategy and empowers us to deliver excellent performance throughout the whole product life cycle (food and non-food).

Our main goal is to set up and implement transparent, collaborative, digital processes that guarantee the integration and synchronization of information across all business units and partners. Your key remobilizes include:

  • Taking over the coordination and controlling the ongoing software project currently supported by an external partner,
  • Being the interface between internal pan-European focus groups and external service providers for successful project execution,
  • Supervision and coordination of multiple project members on all project steps such as deliverable definition, documentation, identification of dependencies, weekly status updates, risk assessments,
  • Independent preparation and organization of project meetings, presentations, workshops, and training sessions,
  • Reporting on project progress and KPIs to key stakeholders and executives,
  • Leading the implementation of the OKR method and ensuring its further development and acceptance.

Requirements

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in managing projects, either in a Software Engineering/Digital Product company or project coordination at a Consulting company
  • Very good analytical skills, IT affinity as well as system and process thinking
  • Strong organizational skills that will allow you to bring clarity amidst ambiguity through critical thinking
  • Independent, self-reliant and solution-oriented way of working
  • Excellent communication skills (English business proficiency) and experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams
