Market Team Lead (Hungarian market)
Job description
- Monitoring and analysis of sales KPIs e.g. growth, revenue, profit margin and retention
- Optimization of online shop to drive sales and profitability
- Support in development of local pricing strategy
- Ongoing monitoring and analysis of trends and competition on the market
- Working with the logistic department and monitoring KPIs to meet delivery standards for customer experience
- Monitoring customer care performance figures to ensure best quality customer service
- Evaluation of sales promotions and other marketing activities
- Monitoring key metrics in online marketing channels
- Acting as a Team Lead for the local team members and task coordination
- Cooperation with central departments and other international zooplus offices
Requirements
- Native Hungarian, English working proficiency
- Strength in analyzing business relevant KPIs and practical Excel knowledge
- Ability to interpret data, metrics, trends and draw conclusions
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- People management skills related to e.g. recruiting, personal development, performance feedback
- Very good communications skills and a positive attitude at daily work
- A strong quality consciousness, clear results focus and implementation skills
- Experience in e-commerce and online marketing would be an advantage
