Junior People Development Support Specialist

Job description

As a People Development Support Specialist, you will assist our People & Organizational Development department to reach the next steps in employee development by supporting in different administrative areas. You will be the contact person for colleagues and managers for any kind of requests and questions regarding people development measures such as internal and external training. With the implementation of the new Learning Management Software (LMS) you will furthermore be actively involved in its implementation and maintenance.


Your tasks:

  • Being the contact person for requests from colleagues and managers regarding various learning areas, like the following:
    • Questions regarding Trainings Requests, including clarifying open questions, troubleshooting and administrative changes where necessary,
    • Questions regarding internal & external training offerings,
  • Organizing and managing logistics for external training events including
    • Researching new providers, asking for training proposals, following up of the budget,
    • Coordinating training offers as well as its purchasing and invoices,
    • Setting training or event dates, room booking, inviting participants,
    • Keeping track of invites as well as post-training feedback,
  • Supporting in creation and verification of all vital People Development documentation, process changes, training materials, reporting,
  • Supporting in global People Development projects (Learning Management System implementation, Onboarding, etc.).


You will be working with the following systems, and you will get all the necessary training on them to perform your work properly:

  • Workday,
  • Jira,
  • Confluence.

Requirements

  • First working experience as HR-professional, experience as intern/trainee within the HR environment, or similar administrative roles would be a benefit,
  • Sound Business English skills – spoken and written – at least at a B2/C1 level,
  • Communication and teamwork skills,
  • High attention to details and organization skills,
  • Target oriented,
  • Computer and technology savvy,
  • Able to quickly adjust to changing priorities.
