HR Manager

Job description

This position is maternity leave replacement for 1,5 – 2 years with the ability to continue working afterward in HR team in a different role.


  • Manage the HR team members and ensure they provide high-quality service to employees
  • Develop and improve overall HR processes and strategies across the organization (e.g. recruitment processes, trainings, annual performance evaluations)
  • Build strong partnerships between employees, HR team and managers
  • Take part in interviews for senior and strategic roles
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
  • Ensure that administrative tasks comply with internal policies and legal requirements to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Maintain and update HR documents, internal HR systems, performance evaluation forms, and development plans
  • Collect feedback from employees to ensure continuous improvement of organizational culture and performance
  • Support employees in the process of any cultural or business change

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience as HR Business Partner or HR Manager preferably in an international organization
  • Degree in Business, Communications, Human resources or related discipline
  • Critical skills include facilitation, organizational skills, ability to drive change, recruitment, team management
  • Be able to use tactful, appropriate communication in sensitive and emotional situations
  • Proficient knowledge of HR concepts, regulations/ legislation, processes and policies
  • Working knowledge of Polish labor law
  • Ability to work independently
  • Very good organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Fluent in English and in Polish
