Fulfillment Center Ambasador

Job description

  • Monitoring service providers key performance indicators,
  • Prepare data for monthly reports ( e.g. month closing report),
  • Ordering consumables and as well as monitoring the delivery times,
  • Checking invoices of the suppliers,
  • Customers/products quality complaints review,
  • Leading and/or participating in performance improvement project,
  • Conducting inventory checks,
  • Control of rejected inbound trucks,
  • X-dock trucks ordering,
  • Monitoring of empty pallets status,
  • Managing spare parts ordering process.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of logistical and administrative processes and systems,
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Intermediate Excel knowledge, VBA will be advantage,
  • Ability to collect, collate and analyze data,
  • Hands on mentality and willingness to take on ownership,
  • The ability to translate operational issues into workable solutions,
  • Willing to travel,
  • English language spoken & written on communicative level.
