We are looking for a Business Project Manager who will join our team in Cracow and support the operations within all branches in Europe. In this position, you will take care of driving/managing and executing the crucial zooplus projects in order to provide smooth, innovative and impactful collaboration between all the business units, the management and our stakeholders. You will have a chance to work closely with senior management as well as the whole organization.

In this position, you will:

• Take ownership of the dedicated projects across the zooplus locations
• Use your best project management skills to develop a vision for project execution
• Manage multiple projects and take care of the project setup including establishing the objectives, team, goals and timelines
• Support data-driven decision making process by collecting and analyzing the data
• Identify the opportunities for growth and implementing innovations
• Prepare recommendations for all the involved parties as well as for the senior management
• Report on the status of the project by making insightful presentations

Requirements:

• High professional experience in project management, consulting, change management, or related
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of business processes combined with ability to communicate and work with specialists on various levels of expertise
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office suite (especially of Excel and PowerPoint)
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills in English
• University degree with a focus on business projects management
